is subsidiary of OTAK-OTAK MR NOH (JOHOR BAHRU) SDN. BHD also known as OTAK-OTAK JB is a company that is a 100% Bumiputera-owned food manufacturer that is famous for producing various types of frozen food products based on fresh fish fillets.
OTAK-OTAK JB founded in February 2003 by making strides in business, our company is determined to help the local community generate income by providing employment opportunities in the provision of delicious and nutritious fish-based products to the local community at that time. Now we also open opportunities to those who want to increase income by becoming an agent of our company.
The products have received Halal certification from the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) since 2013.
The main product of our company is Otak-Otak Nipah. Apart from that, we also produce other frozen products such as Pepes Ayam, Satar, Keropok Lekor, Ayam Pandan and Popia. There are also frozen products such as currypuff and samosa with varieties of fillings which are pepes, otak-otak, potatoes and sardines.

The company started operations by setting up the first frozen food manufacturing and processing plant located at No 8, Jalan Mewah Ria 1/2, Taman Bukit Mewah, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor (now a sales center warehouse selling all types of Otak-Otak Mr Noh’s products, as well as frozen food products from various bumiputera brands, chips and many more). Now, with the better achievements and development of the company has opened its second factory and we move HQ at No. 23 Jalan Persiaran Skudai 8, Pusat Perusahaan Skudai 8, 81300 Skudai, Johor Bahru, Johor. The second branch of the company has become the main plant which operates as a center for the manufacture and processing of frozen food produced by the company by providing better facilities.
Not only that, our company has also grown, where we have opened a restaurant at Plaza Angsana, Johor Bahru in, Malaysia. In addition, OTAK-OTAK JB has also taken the initiative in expanding the marketing of the company’s products by opening several kiosks around Johor Bahru and outside Johor where customers can get our frozen products that have been baked and fried.
